Our Leader
Tim Morris is a property investor, technologist, and relentless innovator with over 30 years of experience in IT and project management — including senior roles in government and the private sector.
When the 2020 lockdowns hit, Tim was still conducting thorough, in person property inspections. Frustrated by the absence of a proper remote-first solution, he set out to build one. The result was Tenant Connect — a purpose-built tool for property managers and landlords that made remote inspections feel as rigorous and human as the real thing.
Tim extended that same thinking to the sales market with Buyers Connect, and to the leasing market with Renters Connect. Together, the three products now serve agents, buyers, tenants, and property managers across nine countries — all reflecting Tim's core conviction: that technology should remove friction from the property experience, not add it.
