CHOOSE YOUR PATH
- Enter your name, email, password, mobile and country→ Verify OTP
- Choose your account type — “I want to buy property”→ Buyer
- Tip — Timezone is usually set automatically from your device, but it’s worth verifying — especially if you travel or attend showings for properties in another timezone.Open the Profile tabTap the edit icon next to your nameVerify or set your timezone→ Timezone
- You're emailed your account and an 8-digit password — no OTP needed→ Sign In
- Tip — Your account was created by your agent, not your own device, so don’t assume the timezone is right — it’s worth checking the first time you sign in.Open the Profile tabTap the edit icon next to your nameSet your timezoneChange your password→ Save
- Tap Sign In each time you open the app→ Sign In
- Travelling? Update your timezone before your next showing→ Timezone
- Open the “Showings” tab→ Showings
- At the scheduled time, tap the showing to open it→ Select showing
- Tap Join Showing to enter the call→ Join Showing
- Accept camera, microphone and all photo permissions→ Allow
- Say hello and introduce yourself, then mute your micUnmute anytime to ask questions or chat with the agentTip — Showings can include several buyers at once, or just you. If you're the only buyer on the call, feel free to stay unmuted for the whole showing.Answer the questions on screen — tap the arrow to see moreEnter any commentsSnap a picture straight from the video stream→ In the showing
- When the agent ends the call, General Feedback opens automaticallyAutomatic
- Answer the General Feedback questions and enter your notesAnswer the Financial Aspects questions and add notesReview each room again — photos, questions and comments→ Continue
- When you’re done, finalise the report→ Finalize Report
- On the “Showings” tab, open Past to see older showings→ Past
- Open the report for that showing→ View or Download
- Step through each room — answers, comments, photos→ Room by room
- Download the Property Showing Report→ Download Report
