- Enter your name, email, password, mobile and country→ Verify OTP
- Choose your account type — “List my Property”→ Continue
- Tip — Timezone is usually set automatically from your device, but it’s worth verifying — especially if you travel or manage properties outside your home timezone.Open the Profile tabTap the edit icon next to your nameVerify or set your timezone→ Timezone
- Open the “My Properties” tab→ Add Property
- Enter the property addressSet the number of rooms and spacesUpload photos of the property from your deviceInvite tenants now, or leave it until later→ Next
- Open the “Viewings” tab→ Schedule Viewing
- Select the property→ Choose from list
- Set the date and time→ Confirm
- Add tenants to the viewing→ Add New
- Enter each tenant’s name, email and mobile number→ Add
- Check the tenant appears in the list→ Send Invite
- At the scheduled start time, open the viewing→ Start Viewing
- Tip — Your plan includes a set number of included viewings each month, refreshed on your billing cycle with no carryover. Once they’re used, you’ll be prompted to purchase another the moment you try to start a viewing.Choose a plan and tap Get StartedConfirm the purchase through your phone's App Store or Google Play prompt→ Get Started
- Return to Viewings and open the viewing again→ Start Viewing
- Select the first roomIntroduce yourself and welcome the tenantsSwitch the camera to the main cameraAsk tenants to mute their microphonesWalk through each room in turnUse the “Focus Areas” as your talking pointsAnswer tenants’ questions as you go→ Viewing the property
- Answer any final questions and discuss open home timesAsk tenants to leave feedback→ Finalise & End Viewing
- Open the viewing and download the report→ Download Report
- Check who attended the viewingReview when each tenant joined and leftNote any invited tenant who did not attend→ Review the report
- Interested tenants will usually apply or message you directly — there’s rarely a need to call everyoneInvite particularly promising tenants to a physical open home if you’d like→ Follow up
