Renters Connect is a dedicated app (launching soon) that allows tenants to view rental properties remotely via live HD video streamed from a leasing agent or landlord.

It provides flexibility and transparency, allowing you to view more properties efficiently while minimizing the time and costs associated with traveling to multiple inspections.

How does an agent set up a rental showing?

The agent installs the app and creates a property profile by defining the rooms (e.g., 2 beds, 1 bath, kitchen). They then pick a date and time for the showing and invite prospective tenants to attend the live stream.

Is the showing just a video, or is it structured?

The showings are highly structured and conducted room-by-room. As the leasing agent moves through the property, you are prompted with specific questions to ask for that room, ensuring you get a comprehensive understanding of the property's condition.

How do I apply for a property I like?

If you are interested in a property after the remote showing, you can follow the instructions directly within the Renters Connect app to apply for the lease. You also have the option to arrange a physical visit if desired.

Does the app provide documentation of the inspection?

Yes. The app auto-generates a PDF report for you once the showing is complete and you have submitted your notes.

This provides comprehensive documentation that can be useful for transparency or future dispute resolution.
