- Choose your account type — “I want to sell property”→ Seller
- Tip — Timezone is usually set automatically from your device, but it’s worth verifying — especially if you travel or manage properties outside your home timezone.Open the Profile tabTap the edit icon next to your nameVerify or set your timezone→ Timezone
- Open the “My Properties” tab→ Add Property
- Enter the property addressSet the number of rooms and spacesUpload photos of the property from your deviceInvite buyers now, or leave it until later→ Next
- Open the “Showings” tab→ Schedule Showing
- Select the property→ Choose from list
- Set the date and time→ Confirm
- Add buyers to the showing→ Add New
- Enter each buyer’s name, email and mobile number→ Add
- Check the buyer appears in the list→ Send Invite
- At the scheduled start time, open the showing→ Start Showing
- Tip — Your first 5 showings are free. After that, if this property hasn’t been paid for yet, you’ll be prompted to pay the moment you try to start its showing.You’re taken to Profile > Subscription automaticallyFind the property in the list — unpaid properties are marked “Free”Tap the property, then tap Upgrade to Pro→ Upgrade to Pro
- Return to Showings and open the showing again→ Start Showing
- Select the first roomIntroduce yourself and welcome the buyersSwitch the camera to the main cameraAsk buyers to mute their microphonesWalk through each room in turnUse the “Focus Areas” as your talking pointsAnswer buyers’ questions as you go→ Showing the property
- Answer any final questions and discuss open home timesAsk buyers to leave seller feedback→ Finalise & End Showing
- Open the showing and download the report→ Download Report
- Check who attended the showingReview when each buyer joined and leftNote any invited buyer who did not attend→ Review the report
- Call each buyer to follow upInvite interested buyers to a physical open home→ Follow up
