The platform provides multi-buyer live video showings, room-by-room exploration, contextual checklists, individual note-taking, and automatic PDF reports for every participant.

What is Buyers Connect?

Buyers Connect is a mobile platform that transforms property sales through live HD video technology.

It allows real estate agents to conduct structured, room-by-room property showings that multiple buyers can join simultaneously from any location.

How do I participate in a remote showing?

Once you have the app installed, the agent will invite you to a scheduled showing. At the agreed time, you simply tap "Join" to connect to a secure HD video call where you can see the property live and speak with the agent instantly.

To ensure you don't miss it, the app sends auto email and SMS reminders one hour before the start.

Can I interact with the agent during the live tour?

Yes. The app provides contextual questions for you to ask the agent during the call, such as "is the bathroom free from mold?".

You can also answer yes/no questions provided by the app and enter your own comments as you view each room.

Am I able to save photos of the property during the call?

Absolutely. While the agent is streaming, you can snap watermarked, timestamped photos directly from the HD video stream.

These photos are saved and can be used later for your personal review or included in reports.

What happens after the video showing ends?

After the agent ends the call, you complete your notes and assessments within the app.

Once you tap submit, the data is saved securely, and a PDF report is automatically generated and emailed to you for your records.

What are the main benefits for a property buyer?

The primary advantage is the ability to view properties in real-time with no travel needed. This saves significant travel costs and allows you to expand your geographic reach when searching for a new home.

If you remain interested after the remote tour, you can then contact the agent to arrange a physical visit.

The Selling Agent is the subscriber who pays for the platform to provide this service to their clients.
